If you are required to complete a registration process to enter a portion of the Site, you will provide us with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password to any account that you create and are responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify GotZipper immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. GotZipper will not be liable for any loss that may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge. You may be held liable for losses incurred by GotZipper or another party due to someone else using your account or password. You may not use anyone else’s account at any time.

You may need your own subscription to Got Zipper to get certain Benefits and Services, and you may be required to be logged in to the account and have a valid payment method associated with it. If there is a problem charging your selected payment method, we may charge any other valid payment method associated with your account. Visit your account to manage your payment options. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Got Zipper does not sell products for children, sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card or other permitted payment method. Got Zipper reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, terminate your rights to use your Subscription, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.

13. Termination; Violation of these Terms of Use

You agree that GotZipper may, in its sole discretion and at any time, terminate your access to all or any part of the Site or delete your accounts or any materials you have stored on the Site, including, without limitation, if you violate these Terms of Use or any applicable law. In particular, if we find out that you have used the Site to infringe any copyrights or other third party proprietary rights, we may remove any of your materials from the Site or, if we determine that you are a repeat infringer, we may terminate all access you have to the Site. We consider a repeat infringer to be someone who has been notified of infringing activity more than twice or had their materials removed from the Site more than twice. To be clear, if GotZipper, in its sole discretion, takes any of the actions described in this paragraph: (a) GotZipper may, but has no obligation to, provide you notice, (b) you will not receive any refund for fees you may have paid through the Site, and (c) GotZipper will have no liability to you as a result of such action.

The following terms apply to your access to and usage of GotZipper portals, blogs, communities, forums, or any other feature of the Site permitting the posting of materials (“Forums”) in addition to these Terms of Use. You or a third party (“Users”) may post, submit, upload, link to or display (referred to as “posting”) materials on a Forum. GotZipper does not claim ownership of the materials you or other Users post. By posting any material to a Forum or otherwise through the Site, you grant GotZipper (and our licensors, suppliers, licensees and all other Users) a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license, with the right to sublicense (through multiple tiers), for no compensation, and in any manner, form or medium, to (a) use, copy, distribute, transmit, perform, edit, translate, link to, frame, reformat, publish, transcode, display, modify and otherwise create derivative works of your materials, (b) display advertising on or in close association with your materials, and (c) publish your name in connection with your materials. If you do not agree to the foregoing license you should not post any materials on a Forum. For all material you post on a Forum, you represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary for you to grant the permissions in this Section 14.

In addition, you shall not post any material on or through a Forum, or otherwise engage in any conduct in connection with any Forum, that:

is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, deceptive, fraudulent, invasive of another’s privacy, tortious, or which contains explicit or graphic descriptions or accounts of sexual acts;

contains any viruses, Trojan horses or other destructive or harmful code, or that could otherwise damage or harm anyone else or their systems; or
infringes or violates any intellectual property, privacy or other proprietary rights of any other party.

You agree that GotZipper is not liable for any material that is posted by any User of a Forum, whether you find it harmful, inaccurate, offensive or otherwise. We have no duty to pre-screen content, but we have the right to refuse to display, delete or edit submitted material. We reserve the right to remove any material for any reason, but we are not responsible for any failure or delay in removing such material. We do not promise to store or make available on the Site any materials that you or any other User posts for any length of time. You are solely responsible for keeping back-ups of everything that you post on the Site.

If you provide any feedback, recommendations for improvements or features of the Site or any GotZipper products or services, implementation of that feedback or recommendation is owned by GotZipper and may become part of our Site, products and services without compensation to you.

The Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and GotZipper, Inc relating to your use of and access to the Materials and the Site, and cancel and supersede any prior versions of the Terms of Use. GotZipper, Inc may from time to time modify these Terms of Use as described in the introduction language at the beginning of this document. No modification of these Terms of Use by you will be binding, unless in writing and signed by an authorized GotZipper representative.

19. Returns and Refunds

You have 7 days from receipt of the order to request to return or refund. To start return process send an email to [email protected].

If the item was a subscription member free item we give you a credit to select another qualifying item. For regular orders you can select from a credit to our store to buy a new item (same or less price) or the refund of your money except the shipping cost.

You have 7 days for change of item because size or other situation not under Got Zipper control. Customers have to pay for shipping.

Refund process can take up to 10 days additional to your provider time.

Wrong items received you must start change process sending email to [email protected]. Customers must return the item in same conditions as received. No wear signs. We send by email the shipping label so customer can return the item.

Subscription Initial or monthly payment are not refundable.
